How GovQA is priced
- Each agency gets its own quote for a yearly subscription. Granicus’s product page lists no price.
- Redaction is licensed per named user, on top of the base system: about $247 to $348 per user a year in Michigan’s statewide contract.
- Single sign-on, attachment search with text recognition, invoicing and payments appear as separate lines in that contract.
- Renewals rise each year: the health district’s renewal went from $48,921.83 to $51,296.68, about 5 percent.

Is GovQA the same as Granicus Records Request Management?

Is there a GovQA alternative that publishes its price?
CivicRecordsOnline publishes its price: $99, $199, $299 or $499 a month, or ten times the monthly price for a year. Instant Privacy Scan and the other redaction tools are in every plan with no per-user license, no annual contract is required, and its importer reads GovQA’s export directly.
