CivicRecordsOnline includes a self-service CSV importer with mappings for NextRequest, GovQA, JustFOIA, FOIAXpress, MyGovHub, and a generic format. Supported dates, statuses, requester contact information, and source IDs can be retained.
Migration scope: the importer moves supported request metadata, free on every plan. On City and Metro, an optional one-time records import brings the files over too: the copies you released and every file on a request still open.
